coffee in new hampshire is not an art.
it's difficult {maybe impossible} to find a place
where baristas take pride in their concoctions.
i mean, most people in new england are devoted to dunkins
and to me that's just not coffee.
in nashville, this is my place to go.
a mid morning cup of coffee, computer in hand, boyfriend at side.
i seriously would visit crema every single day.

it's the home of my favorite latte ever
{just a soy one, extra hot}
with a cheerful yet ultra-relaxed atmosphere where
it's obvious folks just linger around with their friends,
share conversations and eat lots of scones.

mmmm crema...lets go back :)
My sweet father has worked for one (unnamed) coffee company for many years, so we grew up drinking only one kind. When I moved out and branched out, I discovered all the wooonderful special blends I'd been missing.
I love how we'd smell coffee before he ever walked in the door after work.
oh goodness, soy lattes are the best... and what a tragedy that there are baristas who do not take pride in making their coffee! i say thats blasphemous. im glad you found a spot in nashville that you love :)
