what i'm baking for the superbowl.

i'm going to be totally honest . . . i just don't understand football.

it just doesn't make sense to me and it never has.

that said, my husband really likes it and we're new englanders in

the middle of a TN town.

soooo, i'll be curling up on the couch with him to watch the big game

this sunday . . . lucky for me, there are lots of commercials

and i hear the material girl is making an appearance.

i can't make it through a night without an actual dinner

{smartpop and cream soda just won't cut it}

so i'm thinking these tasty egg boats

will make a easy and hearty meal.

a special request from mr. wonderful-

boston cream pie cupcakes.

appropriate, i think, as well.

and no party is complete without a simple taco dip.

i think all these treats will keep this football novice happy

for a few hours, don't you agree?
