after paperwork glitches and the setbacks that come with transferring universities
during junior year, my man graduated this weekend with a degree
that will help him accomplish all he is intended to in this world.
he is a man of talent, integrity, insight and sensitivity . . .
not to mention blessed with an incredible knack for pursuing forward
with motivation and a good attitude.
i couldn't be happier or more privileged to be his wife.
we celebrated his accomplishments with his parents, who came to town this weekend. we ate lots of yummy food, took a lovely sunny stroll around town after ceremonies and enjoyed a good dose of family time. it was a mighty fine graduation day.
{p.s. john asked me not to make a big deal out of this, but i think you understand why i ignored him ;) }

Congratulations to my smart son-in-law John R. Wallace, and to you, my beautiful daughter who was smart enough to recognize a good thing when he came along. I love you both.
